I've just returned home from a pamper package consisting of back, neck, shoulder massage, mini facial, Indian head massage.... and I think I am the most relaxed I've ever been! Hayley is wonderful! I've been a customer of the beauty room for 20 years, and I've never been disappointed with any of the treatments I've had. This was supposed to be a monthly pay day treat... but honestly, that was the best massage I've ever had. I can't wait another month, so have already booked my next one :)

I loved my massage, it was really wonderful, thank you. The staff are kind and welcoming and the room is lovely and warm unlike many other places nearby (a warm room is absolutely essential to me). I will happily recommend and I will come back again.

Nichole gave me one of the best back and shoulder massage that I have ever had! Absolutely amazing, she identified and successfully treated areas that had tension, her technique and method enabled me to relax and appreciate this treatment……this will be a regular treatment for me as I am really feeling the benefits

My massage with Hoffman Ngai was excellent, he is very skilled and made me feel so comfortable. The staff is super friendly, the room is nice and warm, I really can't recommend Crow's Nest highly enough. I will definitely be back.

I had a lovely head , shoulder and upper back massage at the Crows nest. Nicola had bought a new massage stool which was so comfy to sit on, relax and enjoy the massage. The massage was amazing and I felt so much better afterwards. I then went for a sauna and swim/movement in the indoor pool. Nicola gave us a stone and incense as first time customers. We will return. My partner had the same massage and he also enjoyed the experience and felt so much better afterwards. I highly recommend Nicola - she is a lovelyperson too. Thank you Crows Nest. xxx

Back to see Jess again today for a full body polish & massage. As with the other treatments she has given me, I came away feeling very relaxed. She has a very professional manner for a young girl & it is this that gave me confidence in her. She would be a valued addition to any beauty salon.

I can highly recommend the 'winter warmer' treatment. After a wonderful and relaxing hot stone back massage, I had a brilliant facial, which has left my skin feeling beautifully soft! My 2nd time having a massage with Nisa, she was very professional and skilled, and able to tell which muscles were very knotted and therefore needed more pressure whilst also being mindful since I have previously had a shoulder injury. I would highly recommend and will be back again next time
