From the minute I walked in I was relaxed and made to feel so welcome. We had the combo 3 and loved every minute of it. From the hair wash and scalp massage, to facial, foot cleanse and whole relaxing experience it was magical! Such lovely people whom work there also, would highly recommend to everyone and will be back for sure. Even had my hair dried and styled at the end while I enjoyed a foot massage and herbal tea! The student manicurist was amazing. My nails look gorgeous. I decided to do the hair spa with a student and she too was great. Very clean very professional. The staff and students were friendly. I will definitely be back.

I got combo 3 for the head spa, and wow! I watch head spa videos all the time on tiktok to help me fall asleep and this was excalty as I expected! The ladies were so friendly and took great care of me. I drove in from the city and will make the trip back for great relaxation at a great price! Thanks for taking care of me today!

Went for toe nails repair then got into waxing and a super relaxing massage with head and face spa. Therapists Lili and Moon were very helpful, patient and caring. Price and time was adequate and they were not in rush. Definitely recommend and will go back.

They staff was super friendly , very sweet and service so very relaxing , top quality . One of the best massages I have had ever and my face feels so hydrated and soft My only feedback would be it would be a better experience if there was a separate private area then other clients as you hear them talk while relaxing and changing

We were both treated with care and attention—every step of the treatment felt luxurious. The scalp massage was deeply relaxing, and our hair and scalps felt amazing afterwards. Only thing I’m upset about is that I didn’t know about this place sooner! I literally died and went to heaven for 2 hours - every single member of the team here is amazing but a special thank you to Angel and Joumana who looked after me and my mum. My mum is disabled and Joumana went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and gave her the best treatment she has ever had. Angel also gave me the absolute best massage and treatment I’ve ever had and I get massages every week! Both ladies are amazing with their treatments and gave me a wealth of knowledge, we will be back again next week!

I had a 1 hour full body massage and 1 hour headspa treatment today with Tuyen. She was absolutely amazing. Extremely thorough and so relaxing. Will definitely be recommending Elegant Beauty Hair and Nail Salon to friends and family and will be back.

Very nice massage and scalp scrub. Would have loved it to go for longer than 60 minutes. I would love to come back but I just feel like it's a little too pricey..

It was a much needed experience, I felt very relaxed. I had booked combo 3 and it was nice that arms, shoulder, neck and facial massage was all included with the hair spa. I also wear hijab and there is a private room for the hair spa as well as a seperate room to dry your hair at the end. The ladies there did a very good job at making me feel comfortable. Would definitely be back again!

Angel was amazing delivering the scalpcial. She was friendly, professional and gave amazing scalp scrub and massage. However, our appointment started 10mins late and as we got there 15mins before our appt start time we felt pressed on time as we only had 2hrs free parking - so this could be an improvement area for the team. Hope the feedback helps!
