Been going to Jacky since I found her ad in the local Bedford newspaper and the salon was located in the Arcade. Now the salon is located on Castle Lane with the sun streaming into the salon when the sun is shining like today. I stepped out of the Salon today after my haircut feeling amazing! Thank you Jacky!

Absolutely love my haircut! Lauretta did an amazing job, the cut is exactly what I wanted. My hair feels so fresh, light, and full of movement. She really took the time to understand what I was going for and executed it perfectly. I walked out feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommended!

Justina was great and knowledgeable . But the other stylist I didn’t feel like they were very welcoming and when I said hello got an appointment I barely got an answer. So the expereince was let down by them

She was truly genuine — I had such a great time! She really listened to me and gave me great advice. I have curly hair, and she knew exactly how to manage it properly, doing a dry cut. I am so happy with my appointment with Jamie. This was my first time visiting. She took the time to get to know me and my hair in the consultation. She listened to everything I said and gave me suggestions and inspiration too. I am so pleased with how my hair looks, I love it. As always I left feeling pampered. When I first went to Jacky disappointed with my previous hairdressers loc install, she reassured me it could be made better and explained that with over time she could get me the results I wanted. That was almost two years ago and I have not been disappointed. From my first visit, I noticed the professional care and attention she gave me and I knew I was in safe hands. My locs are now uniform, long, healthy and I can shake them with pride.

Jamie was great, and my hair looks finally looks fab ! Jamie really took the time to talk about what I wanted and how my curly would look. She took the extra time to fully style my hair and showed me how to try and recreate this myself, with curly hair it's been a lifetime struggle to find a hairdresser who actually works with my curls not just cuts my hair so thank you Jamie I will definitely be back and it was worth the journey from Bedford.
