Booked a nose piercing online as my nose ring fell out and closed up overnight. Evie had a look and said we should be able to reopen it without repiercing it. Evie was very gentle and used a taper to get the jewellery back through without causing me any discomfort. They only charged me for a jewellery change which I did not expect. Very happy and amazing customer service 😊

What a great experience. This was my first piercing & trust me I was terrified before I went in but the staff is really friendly. I got my nose pierced with Ben, he was great. I just felt tiny bit of pain. Really great place & would definitely recommend it.

I’m not sure which lady was called Keiomhe and which lady was called Evie but, they were both lovely today! I usually see Ben who is fantastic but he was fully booked today. You’re always in such safe hands in this place. Super kind people, excellent service, professional and lovely faces! Always a pleasure and even after moving out of town I will always come back here.
