With an appointment, the wait time is typically under 15 minutes. The staff is very respectful and attentive, and the clinic is neat and clean. Overall service is good, although the level of care can vary slightly depending on the individual staff member. Nikki seems to be quite knowledgeable about Chinese medicine; she is also understanding, compassionate, and patient.

I’ve been suffering with debilitating sciatica pain for the past 4 months and have been to two other PT offices. I walked into this office limping in pain and walked out with no limp and no pain. I was even able to drive home. Driving was excruciating painful before. I immediately canceled all of my appointments at my other PT office. Smriti gave my first feeling of hope, after months of pain, that I was finally going to be okay. I finally can see the light at the end of the tunnel of pain.
