Ella was an excelent aesthetician. She catered to my claustrophobia and sensitive skin with such care. What truly stood out was the massage; she managed to loosen up the tight knots in my neck, shoulders, arms, and face with a firm touch that never felt painful. This was my first time getting a Scalp spa treatment and I’m very satisfied with the experience. Flora took really good care of me. She was such a sweet lady. I’ve been suffering with scalp soreness for months but my scalp felt better and relieved after the treatment. I can’t believe how much I needed this! My only negative feedback is regarding the neck rest — there was a noticeable gap between the bed and the neck rest that left my neck unsupported throughout the treatment. Better neck support in this area would make a big difference in comfort. Thanks!
