I’ve been getting microneedling treatments from Runa for a while, and my skin has completely transformed. Had a nightmare experience with work changing my shifts last min, being stuck in traffic etc everything that could go wrong did. Claire was lovely and told me not to worry and just keep her informed which I did and she managed to get me in late last night. Can't thank her enough. I had my first chemical peel with Runa today. Admittedly I was a bit nervous but Runa went through each step and made me feel at ease. The actually chemical peel was a quick and painless process. I have been going to Runa for several months now and she has incorporated chemical peels with my microneedling, I am looking forward to seeing the end results.

Claire kindly fitted me in at very short notice after my usual nail tech let me down, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I live just round the corner, which is a bonus, but more importantly Claire made me feel completely comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. The service was fantastic and I’ll definitely be going back.
