I have had my brows microfeathered today by Genna and I’m exceptionally happy with the outcome. Genna is very professional and takes great care in being a perfectionist. She measured my brows and penciled in the shape I asked for to make sure I was happy with them before starting the procedure. I’ve had my brows micro bladed many times before in Harley Street and never was such attention and care taken. I can personally recommend Genna. Thank you very much Genna

Thank you ! Honestly, the microneedling facial was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I was a little overwhelmed at first because it felt intense, but you made me feel so relaxed and cared for throughout the whole treatment. The face mask, the massage, the extra touches , everything was amazing. You have such a calming way about you and I left feeling really looked after. 5 star experience which I highly recommend. The treatment room was calm, beautiful and warm. Rhiannon was extremely welcoming. She took great care in ensuring I was informed and comfortable throughout. The prep and Microneedling were very thorough and she worked methodically to not miss a spot. The aftercare was explained well and I will definitely be returning for further treatment. So much nicer than going to a salon, thank you.
