From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and fully informed about every step. My brows look absolutely stunning natural, beautifully shaped, and exactly what I wanted. Had my eyebrows done, and I couldn't fault them at all. I love them, It didn't feel rushed it was surprisingly relaxing (for an eyebrow wax) it actually felt like a treat. Already recommended to others. I'll 100% be back :)

It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Very quick, never awkward and yep, nearly painless wax experience - coming from me, with my super low pain threshold. Thank you Shaf! 🌞
