Excellent customer service!! Even while the store being packed with other clients Tanya still managed to make me feel important, answer all my questions, did not rush me to make a sale or rush me out the door, she made sure I understood how to use the products, explain the science behind the products, I even gave her the opportunity to up sale me but she informed me that I didn’t need a certain product for my skin type. Very impressed, feel like I’m in very safe hands, will definitely be a returning customer. Very rare to find this quality of customer service these days. Thank you 💕

I had a microneedling session today and it went really well. The therapist took her time, checked in often and made sure I was comfortable through the whole treatment. The process was smoother than I expected and there was no real discomfort, just a light scratchy feeling in some spots. Stephanie explained each step, what she was applying and what results to expect, which helped a lot. My skin looked a bit red afterward, which is normal, but felt calm and clean. Overall, it was a solid experience and I’d be happy to come back for the next session.

Sandra is always so beautiful and caring. She came across my daughter by chance and instantly took her under her wings to improve the cystic acne and rosacea. We’ve had amazing results so far - on the way to clearer, more calm looking skin and an overall happier wellbeing. We’re so grateful for Sandra and we pray her clinic continues to grow!

It was my first time having these treatments, but Steph made me feel completely at ease by explaining everything in detail. She was patient, professional, and incredibly gentle. I noticed results and know it will only keep improving! I highly recommend for anyone wanting to boost collagen and smooth fine lines and wrinkles. The entire team at Mandala Aesthetics is so warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxing, and Reanne at reception is always so cheerful and happy to help with anything.
