Following the MLD massage treatment, I felt relaxed and more confident that I’d be able to improve my situation. She gave me many ideas to support recovery of my lymphatic system. I’ve been to so many places for massages in the past, here and abroad and honestly Natural body cafe are just perfect. I always end up in some kind of deep meditation during the massage and feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Jodie who I had today is a fantastic masseuse and made the whole experience lovely.
