I've had a few treatments with Amy now, Indian head massages, Accupuncture and hot stone massage. Each session has been super relaxing and Amy always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend.

I suffer with tension headaches and migraines tried massage and medication but it didn’t help, I had a session of acupuncture with Sophie and she knew exactly what to do! My 1st Lymphatic Drainage massage with Sophie, WOW I was not expecting these results so quickly. I can definitely see a difference. My stomach is flatter and my puffy ankles have gone! Absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this treatment.
