I was initially a bit apprehensive about trying out Supthara since I'm used to getting my massages done in a traditional spa setting, and I'd never been here before. However, oh my god, this place is hands down the best massage I have ever had, even beating out expensive 5-star spas! The masseurs were incredible. On this occasion I had a sports massage for my legs following an increase in training. I went for a back and shoulder massage and dry cupping. It helped relieve muscle tension and provided immediate relaxation, especially around my shoulders. Jenn used firm yet comfortable pressure, which helped improve blood circulation and ease stiffness. She is absolutely amazing and definitely has a healing hand.

Had a sports massage focused on my shoulders and hips,honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The therapist really knew what they were doing and found all the tight spots I didn’t even realize I had. It was firm but not painful, and I could actually feel the tension melting away. I walked out feeling way looser and lighter. Definitely coming back soon!

I'm noticing a bounce/lightness when walking. I don't think it's just because of the massage action on my soles. There's a noticeable looser feeling in my hips so that there's less stiffness when I'm moving. Hadn't realised how tight the area was. I can't believe how quick the effect is. We have now visited Supthara Thai Massage multiple times and we’re never disappointed. Tonight, One did my husband’s massage and Emmy did mine. As always, absolutely incredible. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and highly skilled in their profession. Definitely recommend. We plan to go back again soon.
