Really look forward to my infrared/red light saunas, and even the cold shower after which I take at my own pace. I recently also had a very relaxing head massage after one of them, which set me up perfectly for a great night sleep. On these dark cold nights, this is the best place to be.

I was a bit apprehensive before my filler appointment having had it just once before and bruising badly, but Khianna couldn’t have been more calming and reassuring, you immediately feel you’re in experienced professional hands. I can’t comment on full results yet but the day after I feel great, have minimal swelling and bruising having taken onboard all of Khianna’s advice pre and post procedure.
