A fantastic service. I have recently experienced significant tightness in my back, neck and shoulders, and a combination of deep tissue massage, acupuncture and cupping has alleviated this massively. I would recommend Holly to anyone.

I had the most amazing lymphatic Drain Massage with Steph today, greeted with a huge warm, friendly welcome as always, and what an amazing experience, Steph explained in depth all about the lymphatic system & how it works , along with the benefits of what todays session would be. I actually relaxed for the full hour & nodded off at times, Immediately afterwards I felt energised & refreshed within. Absolutely highly recommended you will not be disappointed! Absolutely amazing massage, will definitely be booking again

I had amazing day at the salon. I purchased a 3-treatment deal on Wowcher and was treated to a full pampering. I had my hair done, a shiatsu massage and facial. The lovely Diane even gave me a complimentary make-up makeover which was really above and beyond. I was offered a beverage and cake and was made to feel so welcome. This salon really knows how to make people feel “looked after” and good about themselves. Thank you to Diane and her apprentice (Monika) who made my day relaxing and special. Highly recommend! I’m heading back soon with my daughter for another pamper experience. :)

I can't put into words how amazing my massage was. Steph is a professional through and through. She explained every step and was always asking me if I felt comfortable. I highly recommend At One Holistic. I haven't felt this relaxed in a long time. What an experience!

It’s been a couple of months since I last had a massage from Steph. Today has been so needed after a hectic month. As usual Steph is thorough and makes sure to check all your needs including your mental health. My aromatherapy massage was absolute bliss and even though we chatted a bit I was still so relaxed I could have drifted off to sleep. Next time I won’t leave it as long, this is definitely something I intend to treat myself to on a regular basis and I can’t wait to go back and try some of her other therapies.
