I normally have massage with Sophie (who is an absolute life saver), but Louis is incredible in a different way. I came in with several specific pain related issues, and by the end of a very thorough session it already made a huge difference. I had much better mobility and no pain with movements that were previously painful. I would definitely recommend Louis.

The treatment was great! I can really feel the difference in my back—it's comfortable, light, and much easier compared to before. A huge thank you to the person in charge; she was so friendly and gentle during the massage and cupping. Plus, she shared a lot of helpful information! I saw Arwa for a lymphatic massage and she was great! Very knowledgeable, good amount of pressure, she checked in to see how I was going with the pressure, and focused on areas where I told her in advance I'd been having pain. Great experience, would definitely see her again :)

Always a good massage

I saw Loui for a remedial massage, he was great, paid attention to what I needed and worked on the spots that were actually giving me trouble. I walked out feeling so much better. He checked in about pressure and made the whole session feel easy and comfortable. I’d happily go back and definitely recommend him.

I’ve been seeing Sophie for close to 7 years. I found most massages aren’t firm enough, but Sophie is great. In my first paid session (had a massage through work first), I told Sophie not to worry about a knot in my shoulder as it has been there for years and no one can get rid of it. She was determined, and after 3 trigger point massage sessions, she managed to release it. Hence why I’ve been doing her for 7 years. Thanks, Sophie.
