Absolutely wonderful experience. The whole place is relaxing with a clean and warm atmosphere. I felt taken care of as soon as I walked in. My therapist for my facial was amazing, he found stress points I didn’t even know I had. My skin feels amazing and I would recommend Izumi to anyone I know going to Melbourne!

My bestie and I came to Melbourne for a girls weekend without our kids and just wanted a nice relaxing massage and pamper. We were not disappointed! What a way to spend 2.5 hours. You can hear a bit of noise from the street but it’s nothing extreme. I was so relaxed I kept falling asleep.

Masseuse (Mook) - 11/10 Location - 8/10 Lobby - 9/10 Room - 7/10 Probably one of the best massages I’ve received in Melbourne for a Thai 1 hour deep tissue. Can’t fault Mook at all. Would have preferred floor vs the table and the room was VERY cool to begin with. Super strong (as requested) in all the right places. Should have booked at least 90 minutes, but hindsight…. Receptionist upon exit was super nice and helpful. Place seems to fill up quickly so book early. Mook was actually double booked for the first time slots so I was very lucky to actually get her. Will return
