6 years, and I’ll never go anywhere else! Swapna is not just a master of her craft, she is a beautiful friend. I’m incredibly fussy about my hair and eyebrows, but Swapna gets it right every single time. Her waxing is swift and painless, and as a total clean-freak, I can promise her salon is always spick and span and perfectly hygienic. Mukta is honestly such a great therapist. You can really feel her physiotherapy background in the way she works—she knows exactly what she’s doing and pays attention to the little details in your body. What I personally loved is how calm and comfortable she makes you feel right away. Her hands are also naturally warm, which sounds small but actually makes a big difference during the session.

The spa space is really nice- the pedicure area is tucked away in the back and very private. Kaelin was thorough with the nails , and very calm. She also offered me tea which was great. She also did a good job with my calluses once I asked her to do it , as it seems it wasn’t included in the service but we still had time. Just a couple pieces of feedback - I would have liked a bit more of a foot soak with warm water as opposed to a rinse in cold water. I also didn’t realize until it was too late that she was cutting the hair on my toes , which is something I avoid as the hair is thick
