Just had another laser hair treatment with the lovely Sharon. What an experience, lovely clean and modern salon. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Really pleased with my experience today for first time getting Powder brows. The therapist was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job with helping me to achieve the brow look I was going for. She had bespoke recommendations to help achieve a more symmetrical and natural brow look and I am very pleased with the results - wish I had gotten them done sooner! She applied lots of numbing cream beforehand and I barely felt a thing getting them done. Always feel very well taken care of when I visit and would recommend highly to anyone considering a treatment from here. Thankyou!

I was a bit nervous before my micro needling but Tanya explained everything to me she is very knowledgeable and professional in her work. Tanya is very welcoming and her place is spotless such a lovely girl as well. The aftercare was explained clearly to me which I feel is very important. I have had a couple of facials off Rio. My latest one was the Deluxe Microdermabrasion. Rio is a true professional, she is very knowledgeable. She knows the answer to any skin concerns you have and how to treat them. On top of the treatment you get a neck and shoulder massage and a hand massage - they are unbelievably relaxing. My skin looks radiant and healthy. I recommend Rio’s treatments to everyone.

I cannot recommend Ava enough. I have been going to her for facials for years and today had my first laser treatment on my bikini area! I was very nervous, but she quickly made me feel comfortable and at ease, and it wasn't anywhere near as bad as I thought! Everyone should go to Ava, her knowledge of skin care is second to none, as is her kind and lovely personality. 🙂

I had a 'Let Coral decide' treatment as my skin has been misbehaving in pregnancy. Coral took the time to understand my concerns and came up with a plan that was safe for my hormonally-challenged skin. Throughout the multi-stage treatment (which included a cocoa face mask that smelt so delicious I wanted to eat it) we talked about different skincare ingredients and how they would benefit my skin. Coral was so knowledgeable and has given me plenty of things to consider to help tame my skin before my next treatment.

I’ve had quite a few facials with Rio now and I absolutely love them. Each treatment is so relaxing — Rio is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel at ease. The whole team at the salon is so welcoming too, which just adds to the lovely experience. Since visiting, I’ve seen big improvements with my skin and couldn’t be happier. I’ve also tried several other treatments with Rio, including body waxing, a lash lift, and my eyebrows, and I’m so impressed with everything she does. She’s such a perfectionist and it really shows in the results. I’ve already booked back in. X
