I had my toe nails done with builder gel for my upcoming Holiday. Tauren was really friendly and put me at ease, she was very knowledgeable and took her time to get my nails just right. I had 2 broken nails which she managed to fill for me. I will definitely be returning to have them done again thank you I Love them.

Sarah is so lovely I have had an amazing experience every time I go! Not only are the facials amazing but Sarah has so much knowledge around the science side of things too! I really struggle on and off with my acne and not only do the facials help but I have implemented a few lifestyle tips given to me and have had a huge improvement on my skin I have only been 3 times but will continue coming back! Value for money, friendly service and facials that actually do work!!

I had such a lovely day with Cassidy! First she did my nails and worked her magic on a shimmery rainbow blend on acrylics. She then did me a lash lift and tint which is just AHHHMAZING. Finally, I had a facial with her led mask, soothing products and a gentle, relaxing touch! I honestly cannot wait for my next visit 🤗

It was my first time at this Salon after my regular nail tech went MIA. Madison was very friendly, put me at ease the minute I walked through the door, offered me a drink & was warm & welcoming. She explained everything that she would be doing & why, very knowledgeable & well trained & her attention to detail is brilliant also. We chatted, we laughed, all in all I felt very comfortable & well looked after. When her boss, Cassidy came in she also was very warm & friendly too. As always Sarah is friendly, reliable and above all very knowledgeable. This is the second time that I have attended for my eyebrows and both times I have found the experience to be relaxing, with amazing results that I love.

Having trusted Sarah with my lashes for six years now, I finally decided to expand upon treatments that she is offering, and had both Glory Eye and Botox this afternoon. As always, Sarah was the consummate professional throughout, taking the time to again run through what the procedure entailed and any potential risks/complications that might arise, as well as explaining what she was doing every step of the way. She was exceptionally gentle and I felt no real discomfort at all! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sarah - in fact, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had the face sculpting massage today, and it was absolute bliss. I'm not great at switching my mind off, but Sarah's calming presence and skilled hands, combined with the tranquillity of the salon and the warm bed, meant I completely zoned out. My skin felt smooth, plump, and hydrated. 100% recommend, and I will definitely have this treatment again.

Had the Derma2 Bio peel at Serene. No redness or irritation afterwards, and my skin feels so smooth now. Sarah gave me a lovely hand massage whilst I relaxed under the LED light. Will definitely have another one.
