My treatment was great, the only annoyance was I booked this appointment in November, the appointment was changed by the salon in January to a date that did not suit so I changed it to early Saturday. This was then changed due to staff unavailability to an afternoon appointment. This in turn led to all car parks and high street parking areas being full. I had to park some distance away and walk in heavy rain. I know these things are unavoidable at times but I booked my original date as I was off work that day

I had the bespoke facial, Jasmin asked me what I wanted to achieve with the treatment, which was gentle deep cleansing and I must say it was among the best treatments I have had, having travelled worldwide on the best cruise liners available., alongside London and Cheshire top rated clinics. Will definitely rebook for every two months alternating with a firming facial, so I have a monthly facial. Lovely products, my skin feels totally hydrated and relaxed.

I booked a manicure and was really pleased to be called and told they were running a promotion throughout April and that I could tag a massage on for a very reduced price .. oh my God! Amazing! I feel so relaxed. The massage was literally amazing - a heated bed, and a therapist who knew exactly where the knots were and how to get rid of them! Followed by a spa manicure and new gel nails. I feel totally relaxed and pampered .. thank you team!

Maddi is a delight to meet everytime I visit her. Her welcoming smile always makes me so comfortable and must say she had a good hand for massages. The Thai foot massage was the exact thing I needed post whole day of work. Thanks Maddi.

What a wonderful young lady! I booked in for a full body massage, dermaplane and facial. Maddi immediately put me at easy by explaining each treatment and their respective benefits. Maddi was conscientious and very knowledgable. The treatments themselves were amazing and it was clear Maddi is very experienced. I had a detailed skin analysis done by Carly. It highlighted problem areas like dry skin, sensitivity, age spots etc. Carly discussed the possible reasons why I have these problem areas and gave me advice on a personalised skin routine to suit my skin, and to better hydrate and improve my overall skin recovery. Carly was professional and informative and I look forward to my next treatment in two weeks.
