I had my first appointment with Kira today and I was really impressed. The whole experience felt relaxed and professional from start to finish. Kira took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel completely at ease. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! My eyebrow tint and wax were done perfectly – my brows look so neat and defined. Karina really listened to what I wanted and got the shape just right. Really pleased with the progress on my skin results over the past couple of months. Ellie recommended the right products for me as I was using products which was irritating my skin. The regular facials, LED light therapy and products have improved my sensitivity and dryness.

Had a classic facial. it was amazing! Natalya had soft and gentle hands.

An absolute excellent experience. I am 5 months pregnant and Lina made my whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Well worth the money!! I will defo go back again once baby is born for more treatment. My face still feels so moisturised and smooth. Can't fault the treatment. High tec machines and fantastic products were used.
