I had an amazing deep tissue massage that left me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Polly really worked on the tension in my neck and back, and I could feel the difference straight away. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

I had such an amazing experience! The aromatherapy massage was so relaxing, I actually fell asleep twice. My eyebrows were shaped perfectly, just how I like them. Polly was absolutely lovely, so easy to talk to, and made me feel safe and completely at ease throughout. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so happy with both treatments. Polly was so amazing, really good pressure to her massage, but also listened when I needed a lighter touch, left my neck and back feeling so much looser and flexible and helped me relax during a deep tissue massage so much so I almost didn’t want to get up! She’s also incredibly talented at eyebrow shaping and just a sweet woman in general, I loved my appointment and am looking at my diary now to see when I’m free to come back for another massage 💪🏽

I had a wonderful massage at Rose and River with Emma yesterday. Before my appointment, I filled out a really thoughtful questionnaire, so Emma knew exactly what I was looking for and could tailor the treatment perfectly. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The massage room was beautifully decorated, with calming music that made it easy to unwind and switch off. Emma was fantastic — she understood exactly how to work with my sore muscles after a week of teaching Pilates and running. I left feeling serene, cared for, and completely rejuvenated.

What can I say! I have been a client of Karolina for many many years even before she opened the shop. Her passion for lashes is unmatched and her knowledge is unreal. I don’t even show her photo inspirations anymore because I trust the look she will tailor to my eye shape and I really trust her judgement E V E R Y. SINGLE. T I M E!! I have moved to the other end on commercial road and there is a lot of competition and beauty shops in my area but I just refuse to try as I don’t want to waste my money if I am not satisfied with the end result. I’ve booked a block of Ayurvedic lymphatic drainage massage with Afshan as after having a baby my ankles remained full of fluid. Each session the difference is incredible and I feel like I am becoming the old me again. Afshan has a wealth of knowledge about the lymphatic system and gives me exercises to do each week to build on the work she has done. I feel cared for, supported and treated as an individual. I can’t recommend Afshan enough.

Karolina is incredible, she is so kind, warm, professional and has so much knowledge about lashes. They are so accurately applied that you cannot even feel them. I’ve had fox eye and a custom shape - both were amazing and tailored to suit my eye shape. I will be a forever client! Ps the beds are super comfy!
