I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

Great experience! I love how my nails looks and Federica is a very sweet girl! They welcome you in a beautiful well decorated environment and treats you like a special guest . Definitely one of the best beauty salon in East London

The body scrub massage is simply superb; so good for my skin, wellbeing and relaxation. Jeff is such a professional, skilled and gentle guy. He really comes highly recommended, and I plan to continue using his services on trips to London. I’m a very happy client.

Dani was great with the Swedish massage and my first time full back waxing. Brilliant pressure throughout the massage and just made me feel very comfortable. Definitely coming again for the deep tissue massage with aromatherapy as recommended. Timandra finished off with a good manicure and pedicure. I cannot recommend Shereece highly enough- I first started re-booking as I was not only pleased with the results of her treatments (waxing, lashes, brows and facials) but her manner and cleanliness impeccable. 5 stars I travel as Shereece is the best. Been getting my lashes and brows done by T for a year and she is the best. I’ve tried many lash techs in London and no one else compares. Lashes don’t need an infill for 5 weeks and they always look amazing!

Had my 2nd Japanese spa treatment with Kelly today. All I can say is WOW! As a person with Afro hair that is delicate and easily tangled, Kelly would be the most gentle and skilled person that has ever handled my hair. I am really pleased to have discovered and visit this salon, despite my 1.5hour travel from outside London albeit well worth it! With their professionalism and impeccable service, I’d consider the salon a hidden gem on the High Street. I’m definitely going to book my third visit shortly.
