Emma is amazing. She is my go to for waxing and nails. I went for a full leg and bikini waxing today. Emma seeks the best wax for her customers and takes her time. She is impeccable and incredibly professional. The salon is wonderful, calming and absolutely spotless. I would recommend anyone to emma She is super skilled in so many treatments. This is the second time that I've been at the salon and all I can say is that I'll be coming back. I'm very impressed with the service, Pryia is very skilled and she's very friendly, she pays attention to what I'm asking for and she does it perfectly. Lotus is a lovely little oasis of calm on the busy London Road. Janvi was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and did a beautiful gel manicure for me. This was my first visit and I'll definitely be back :-)
