Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

I had an incredible full body massage with Iram today. The room was very relaxing with soft lighting & music. Her massage was the perfect combination of firmness to work my muscles aswell as relaxing at the same time. Iram is really welcoming & explains everything well to make you feel at ease. I can’t wait for my next one

Lovely relaxing treatment. Caroline is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a full body lymphatic drainage massage for the first time, after experiencing some swelling in my legs & feet. HNS massage and plump peel with light therapy Was an amazing experience. I felt rejuvenated and can’t fault Iram at all. She is super professional and welcoming. My body and muscles feel a lot lighter - Iram tailored this to me and used the right amount of pressure in different places. My skin looks healthier and will definitely be revisiting as I feel really supported by Iram in my skin journey and she gives amazing skin advice! Iram definitely takes pride in her work and you will not be disappointed! :)
