Really appreciative of Patsy and her help in fixing a botched haircut done at a very expensive high street salon. We first had a consultation where she really listened to what I wanted in terms of a style. I initially wanted a perm but instead of selling it to me she gave me some great advice on how to work with my natural curls. Patsy did a wonderful job with my hair and was not afraid to ask for examples when cutting to achieve what I wanted. Just shows the difference between a high street salon and a home salon. I’ll definitely be back when I’m due.

I had such a great experience. I’ve always struggled to find a hairdresser who understands curly hair (and avoids the dreaded “triangle” shape), so I usually feel quite nervous — but Patsy put me completely at ease. She’s lovely, really knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my hair. I was sceptical about the treatment she recommended, but it’s made such a difference — my curl pattern now goes all the way down and looks so much healthier. So happy I’ve finally found someone I trust with my curls.

Ann-Marie is the best lash technician in Kent! I’ve had some not so great experiences and started having lashes over 12 years ago in London before they started to become as popular as they now are. I can’t fault her attention to detail, brilliant results and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Always so good! I got my lashes infilled after 2 weeks (even though I have barely lost any as Lauren did such a good job at the first appt) previously I’ve had my lashes last 6 weeks! So friendly & easy to chat to. Always really enjoy my appointments & come out feeling so much better about myself!

I’d highly recommend Lauren, I get my lashes, brows, dermaplaning and lip filler done here and I’m always so happy with the results. She’s so friendly, professional and makes you feel so comfortable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else🫶🏻
