The process was explained to me in detail, which helped me feel comfortable and well-informed. The technician was professional, friendly, and made sure I was relaxed throughout the procedure. The treatment itself was much less painful than I anticipated—just a slight tingling sensation, but nothing unbearable. I cannot wait to get back and see the results after a few more sessions! ❤️
