don’t had my 1st session for laser hair removal and Sophia was super friendly and so supportive throughout the whole treatment. I changed my treatments to Rosella and she makes sure to talk you through the whole process and makes you feel very comfortable. This is the second time I have been to HA Laser. Both times I have seen Hayley. She is very easy to talk to and makes you feel at ease. I particularly like the fact she knows what she is talking about and clearly has had all the training she needs to keep any procedure safe for me. She also talks you through the realistic results you will be able to achieve rather than just taking the money which is quite unusual and exactly why I would come back. Lovely premises, qualified and honest therapists, reasonably priced - what more could you ask for?

Sophia has always been fantastic, and from having laser hair removal at other clinics in the past, those lasers don’t compare… this is amazing and even after a few sessions, I rarely have to get the razor out. Would recommend HA Laser clinic to anyone
