don’t had my 1st session for laser hair removal and Sophia was super friendly and so supportive throughout the whole treatment. She made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable in explaining the hair growth and what to do and not to do after treatments. Gorgeous studio and excellent service.

Came for 1st appt for Genesis facial. Sophia was so welcoming and immediately put me at ease. She explained fully the process & checked throughout the appointment that the laser wasn’t too hot. She also advised me on suggested facial regime and a Facebook page to follow for advice

I changed my treatments to Rosella and she makes sure to talk you through the whole process and makes you feel very comfortable. Hayley is an absolute laser expert. Alongside this, she is always incredibly professional and supportive.

Although I hate my lip and chin being lasered I very much enjoy my painful time with Hayley. Jokes aside, it’s over and done with so quickly your on and off the couch in no time and also enjoy being hair free for 3-6 months! (I have PCOS so I grow regular chin hair 😩) couldn’t live without my laser!!

I've just finished my course of treatments with Rossella and I'm so happy with the results, I just wish I did it sooner! Rossella is super friendly and made me feel comfortable in each treatment, I will highly recommend to anyone thinking about laser hair removal. Thank you so much!
