OMG- the most amazing experience!! My first, but most definitely not my last visit! Fantastic massage session. I didn't realise how much my shoulder was messed up. Don't get me wrong, the pain was real, but no pain no gain. Rachel made the entire experience feel calming and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She has such a warm, caring nature that instantly puts you at ease, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making people feel comfortable and relaxed. Her kindness and professionalism stood out straight away, and it felt like I was completely looked after throughout the whole appointment. The massage itself was exceptional.
