30 minute reflexology treatment with Francesca which I always enjoy, as a regular client. Followed by a hot stone body massage.’Rachel always hits the problems that need working on . She is so calm and an excellent therapist. I love coming here . Warm welcome from Shanie . I have to be honest that after spending £100 on treatments it was disappointing to be hearing maintenance men drilling and hammering throughout my 90 minutes , in the spirit leisure club right next to the treatment room .

The most thorough and immaculate pedicure I ever had! It’s been really hard to find a place with this level of attention to detail but i’m glad I have! It’s slightly more expensive than your speedy nail polish factory but rather a perfection service. Today was my first visit to this beauty salon and I will be back soon to try more treatments!

Dermaplanning & microneedling facial with Chloe. All very relaxed as usual.

Was given the 3h spa access with drink and 1h treatment as a birthday gift and had a wonderful time. The staff was super kind and accommodating (especially when I asked for a spare towel) they checked everything was okay and checked if I needed more drinks. I had a back and body massage which was lovely and calming and the massage lady was checking in and making sure I was comfortable and enjoying the experience. Would do it again and recommend. Thanks for the great experience!

I recently visited Natural light Spa amd Wellness, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I have to give special mention to Jane, the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She has an incredible understanding of the body’s tension points and really knows how to work them out. Her hands are magic! I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The ambiance of the spa was also perfect—calm, clean, and very professional. I highly recommend Jane and the team at Natural light Spa amd Wellness for anyone looking to unwind and get top-notch service. Will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous time here today, we had a massage and spa day. The staff are so lovely and welcoming and the facilities are perfect for a relaxing day. We especially loved how beautiful and relaxing the garden is. I wish I got the name of the lady who did my massage, I am 27 weeks pregnant and I have never felt so relaxed and looked after, also my body felt amazing after, got rid of the niggly pregnancy aches and pains. I would happily book in with her again before the end of my pregnancy. My mum and sister also highly complimentary about their massage! Thank you so much we will be back xx

This was hands down the most incredible experience.Katie is so kind , empathetic, intuitive and professional. She fitted me in early morning to accommodate my schedule .The treatment was transformative I left the room floating as if taken out of my body a truly unique experience. I also lived the calmness of the treatment room .

The greeting from staff was really friendly and welcoming. My therapist was Rachel and she took the time to talk to me about what my needs were and what I'd prefer in terms of body areas and firmness. She made me very relaxed and was also very thorough. I'll be back! One thing to maybe mention to people booking is not to pay for parking - I already had as I didn't realise that would be covered. It might have been mentioned somewhere and I missed it with my baby brain!

The spa is friendly and welcoming. We had a couples package which included an amazing 1 hour full body massage, glass of prosecco, chocolates and full use of the pool and spa facilities. The lunch menu has loads to chose from and the food is very nice. Everything is really accessible and the parking is free. It's great value too. Will definitely go again.
