Gillian is an absolute master of her craft. Her full-body massage is incredibly relaxing while working on knots and tension. She's able to tailor the massage to exactly what I need, whether that's deep tissue work or gentle relaxation. The atmosphere she creates is calm and serene, thank you so much!

This is my second trip to The One Lounge. I was there earlier on in the week for the April special and decided to book in the Bespoke Body Contouring package. Today was my first session of this and really looking forward to seeing the final results (7 more sessions to go!). Cheryl is absolutely lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable. We both thoroughly enjoyed our couples Swedish full body massage by Paula and Cheryl. The rooms were relaxing and tranquil as always we didn't want to leave, while the salon remained safe against Covid-19. Thank you, look forward to booking back in!

There should be more than 5 stars!! Emma was fantastic, highly recommend this service to anyone who needs a pamper session. The head massage is to die for! As soon as you enter the building you feel at home, you are treated like family the second you arrive. Even after your amazing treatment, you are offered to stay in their relaxation room where you can help yourself to tea, juice and a great range of snacks. I could have moved in!! Overall it was such a pleasant experience and I will be back in a heartbeat to try out some of their other services. Huge thank you to Emma!

Amazing treatment with Lauren and the ICOONE machine. A have lipadema in both legs and this machine is absolutely fantastic. It’s probly actually been the best thing iv tryed on my legs ! Legs are much lighter feeling .heaviness has completely gone and not so painful anymore . A totally recommend this machine for anyone suffering with lipadema or event wanting to get there body’s into shape it’s simply the best thing out there !
