Fantastic experience - we did the duo treatments. We were made to feel very welcome and instantly felt very comfortable. The infrabikes provided a challenging but low impact workout. Great that you can select multiple programmes and change resistance levels to suit all abilities! You definitely need a change of clothes when you are done, as per website instructions!!! The suprasculpt treatment was relaxing to do afterwards and felt amazing. Again good that can control the level / intensity over the 30 minutes session. Would highly recommend and we will definitely do again!!

I tried InfraBike for the first time, and it was a very interesting experience. I thought it would be easy since it only lasts 30 minutes, but it turned out to be quite challenging. In my opinion, it’s a great alternative for some people instead of the gym or as an add to gym training. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff member was friendly, and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend it and will consider using it in the future. Thank you!

Best start to my Monday morning walking in to Astra body, greeted with a big smile from the beautiful Arianna and made a lovely cappuccino. 5 star as always. I look forward to coming to my appointments it is so relaxing and come out feeling revived at the end of every visit.

Love coming to Astrabody every week and can see amazing results already!

I’ve had 2 sessions at Astra Body now and cannot fault it. Arianna is so friendly and welcoming, she talks you through everything, checks your okay, gives advise and support when needed. I have loved both my sessions and come away feeling really good. I highly recommend Astra body :)
