We travelled from Cambridge after reading reviews. Honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. My friend had a dermal by Ben and I had. A conch piercing with Eliza, the most friendly, hygienic and knowledgable piercing studio I have been to - week worth the 2.5 hr drive!

I had a wonderful experience with Urban Piercings. I really have only nice things to talk about my experience. Thank you so much especially to ELIZAH, for making me so comfortable whilst being so professional when piercing my nose. I cannot recommend this place enough to all the enthusiastic people who wants to have body piercing and don’t know how to start and where to go. Go to Urban Piercings and get amazed by their passion. I took my daughter to have her 1st ear piercings today and everybody at the shop was brilliant. They all made her feel really comfortable and kept her nerves at bay. She's over the moon with her new look and cannot wait to go back for more. The lady Nicole, who actually did the piercings was brilliant. Would highly recommend Urban Piercings to anybody requiring these services.

Excellent service. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and gave me their honest opinions. I went in for a daith piercing, but my left daith was too small for it. Ben discussed all the possibilities with me and I finally decided to go for the rook. I absolutely love it, even more than the daith. Ben was amazing, very professional, he explained everything that he was doing from start to finish and made sure that I felt comfortable and at ease as he pierced my ear.

Great service throughout, from advice on jewellery selection by the man who checked me in, to Eliza talking me through every step of the process to put me at ease. Nice premises with a private area for the actual piercing (everything is super clean, I left and walked home an hour and a half ago and my hair still smells like antiseptic). Absolutely recommend, would definitely go back in the future.

Booked a nose piercing online as my nose ring fell out and closed up overnight. Evie had a look and said we should be able to reopen it without repiercing it. Evie was very gentle and used a taper to get the jewellery back through without causing me any discomfort. They only charged me for a jewellery change which I did not expect. Very happy and amazing customer service 😊
