For my daughter’s birthday, she had her ears pierced. The employee took their time to ensure she felt comfortable and happy throughout the process. Great care was taken to ensure the piercings were symmetrical, and everything was handled very professionally. After the piercing, the employee patiently explained the aftercare and made sure my daughter was completely satisfied.

Was given a warm welcome on arrival and found the staff very helpful,Tash was very helpful with some advice on some new body jewellery I wanted and did such a great job on giving me a piercing! Great aftercare advice and very polite service

Had my septum pierced today and the lady who did the piercing was lovely. Very gentle & kind and walked me through it after have a bad previous experience elsewhere. Will 100% be returning!!

Shop is spotlessly clean and inviting! Both people in the shop were very friendly and welcoming, my friend just wanted some advice and they were more than happy to help. Ben did my piercings today, a rook and a conch, helped me to pick the jewellery also. Again the studio was really clean and well presented, the piercings done in no time, efficiently and no pain.
