I visited an infrared sauna. It was a wonderful experience. I felt lightness and energy throughout my entire body. The SPA is nice and clean. The hostess is very friendly.

I booked a sugar body scrub treatment with Tola, who was incredibly friendly, personable and professional throughout. Tola explained the process and aftercare thoroughly. The scrub itself was both relaxing and moisturising. I'll be booking with Tola again!

If you‘re starting to feel like your body‘s check engine light has been on for a bit too long, you need to book yourself in for the anti-stress session. From the moment you step into the Greenwich Spa you’re already going to feel the most relaxed you’ve felt all day, and it’s just going to get better. Melody is a magician when it comes to dispersing every ounce of tension and stress from you, even when your shoulders and back are as knotted as mine! I honestly can’t remember the last time I felt so relaxed. 5 stars all round !

Services from my therapist Melody was absolutely wonderful. I was 20-25 minutes late for my appointment due to a traffic, but she welcomed me with a gentle smile and manner. I had Indian head & body massage, and I felt so much better after that. She was very calm and didn’t talk to me much through the session, so it made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Melody is a great therapist. I’m definitely gonna go back. Highly recommend. Thank you so much :)

Great booking system, easy payment, friendly staff, super good massage and body scrub, great atmosphere. If I was ever visiting London again I'd never go anywhere else but here! I'd leave a tip but London has made me skint lol!

I booked Indian head massage and full body with Melisa on Sunday. I've been suffering with some pretty gnarly tension headaches since I had whiplash in April so anything to distract me from that pain is very much welcomed. Melisa was kind and welcoming from the get-go and the salon was quaint, stylish and nice and quiet despite the people bustling around outside. The massage was incredible: I'm usually too tense to enjoy a massage and only feel the after affects, but by some miracle I was sound asleep by the end. Spent the next four hours in a relaxed daze.
