This is my second trip to The One Lounge. I was there earlier on in the week for the April special and decided to book in the Bespoke Body Contouring package. Today was my first session of this and really looking forward to seeing the final results (7 more sessions to go!). Cheryl is absolutely lovely, very friendly and knowledgeable. As an ex-professional athlete, Amy completely understood where the pain points were in my back and shoulders and she has magical hands which got to work on the areas causing me most stress. Everyone in the salon is warm and welcoming, as are the treatment rooms. Paula’s hands work magic on an out of kilter body! The Ultimate bliss treatment was just that.

The Mum-To-Be package was absolutely phenominal only surpassed by how fantastic Cat was! The pedicure was sublime, the facial was lush and the full body massage on the hot water bed was genuinly the best I've felt this entire pregnancy. I've had other maternity massages elsewhere but they were nothing on this. It was so nice to feel human again I even got emotional afterwards. Cat was just fantastic throughout, so thoughtful and reassuring and clearly was making every effort to go above an beyond to deliver the most relaxing experience. Love love loved it!

Wonderful full body massage this evening. The room was lovely and relaxing - soothing lighting and music and warm. The therapist was excellent. I feel very relaxed and much looser. I'll be back!
