I booked myself in for an age smart facial with Sarah and it was such a lovely experience. The service was amazing and she was so attentive throughout. She also provided me with lots of information about recommended products after. The only issue I had was with booking. As I had a voucher, I could only use it at wallisdown and I found the treatments shown online as being available in Wallisdown weren’t actually available there when I called them which was a little disappointing, but other than that it was a great experience.

I just had the most amazing massage by Kimberley - actually, it was the best massage I've ever had. It was a full body Swedish massage given with such care and consideration to the parts of my body that I needed extra help with. I've come home feeling so much better and so relaxed. I would recommend Kimberley to anyone! And I will. The Venue is a stunning place - spotlessly clean and welcoming. Sasha gave me the most warm and friendly welcome, what a wonderful start :) I will be booking in again soon, not just for a massage, either. I need to go through the whole treatment menu! Not just your standard Swedish full body she was able to pin point tight spot through touch and work through them. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend. I had a massage with a Superb therapist chap, Hoffman. He is very knowledgeable and intuitive, polite and professional. I've been having massages regularly for many years and am very impressed, I think this young man will go a long way. I found the other young man who was manning the spa reception really friendly and helpful.
