I had an initial consultation with Serki, where I explained my situation. She was incredibly receptive, understanding, and attentive to my needs. She took the time to clearly explain potential treatment options for my arm, neck, lower back, and leg pain. I’ve been seeing her for less than two months and have had about five sessions combining massage therapy with cryotherapy. After just the second session, I noticed a real difference—significant reduction in pain and better mobility in all the affected areas. I even managed to run the Army 10-Miler. I highly recommend this place!!

Serki is an absolutely wonderful therapist. I have been suffering from chronic low back and neck pain for the past few years and have seen countless doctors, therapists, tried so many medications and different approaches but none have had the effect that Serki has been able to provide. I think it’s comes from her holistic approach of understanding the body to such a deep level, being able to target specific muscle groups effectively and helping to provide remediation whether that be stretches, exercise or rolling techniques that truly work. If you suffer from chronic pain please come see her!

I came in for a cupping therapy session. Eli was very informative during my session and ultimately afterwards I felt relief in my shoulders, chest, and back area. He recommended I use the infrared sauna, which I will in the near future. Thanks Eli and the wonderful young lady at the front desk.

Never know what I am going to need but always come out feeling better and stronger than ever. The bodywork with cupping, stretching, mobility always finding causes I was unaware of. This is the only way to stay healthy and strong!

The massage therapy was amazing. The tension in my back and neck melted away during the session, and I felt a real sense of relief afterward. The therapist knew exactly where to focus and managed to release knots I’d been carrying for ages. The whole experience was both relaxing and genuinely therapeutic. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for real relief and a little time to unwind.

HKB is my go-to for recovery! Serki is a master at her craft. I thoroughly enjoy my massages with her, and always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. When I'm short on time, I stop in for cryo or compression therapy for a quick recovery session. Highly recommended!
