Ana is a human angel who is excellent at massage therapy. Her deep tissue massage is the best I have ever had at working to get knots out of my back. I have scoliosis and Ana helps reduce the amount of pain I have. My dad has also come to her and found her to be the best in town too.

Amazing! Best massage I’ve gotten so far. I was so relaxed that I had to keep making sure my limbs were still in their socket. I went in for trigger point therapy and was in excruciating pain before. She freed things right up and I feel 90% better.

This was my first time visiting Tension Release Therapy for a 30-minute neck and back massage. A co-worker recommended me to Ana. Ana was phenomenal at targeting the trigger points on both my neck and back and releasing tension from my body. I am returning in another week to continue the routine of keeping my body relaxed and relieved. I am scheduling an appointment for my husband and our daughter.

Ana is very knowledgeable! This was my second visit. I had muscle pain on my shoulders and she found the root problem. I can feel all the knots she released. She warns you that muscles will be sore the next day but after that my pain was gone! I’ll be doing monthly visits just for self care.

Ana saves the day again. Drove 20 hours over two days and my back seized up. I had spinal fusion surgery 4 years ago and it was the same pain. I couldn't stand upright and could barely walk. 90 minutes of Ana therapy and I'm 90% better. She is amazing. I'll go back in two days for another session to get me to 100%. She is the GOAT!
