Vad är koppningsterapi?

Under koppningsterapi kommer en utövare att placera speciella koppar på din hud för att skapa sug. Detta drar vävnaden under kopparna uppåt och ökar blodflödet till området. Koppning tros hjälpa till att dra ut orenheter, underlätta läkning och förbättra kroppens energiflöde. Du kan välja att ha torr koppning (som vi har beskrivit ovan) eller våt koppning, vilket innebär att du punkterar din hud med sterila nålar så att blod fysiskt dras ut genom sugningsprocessen.

Hur mycket kostar koppningsterapi?

Om du bokar in dig hos en erfaren utövare bör du räkna med att betala mellan €30 och €40 för din koppbehandling.

Hur ofta ska jag gå på en koppande terapisession?

Det beror på ditt mål och det tillstånd du vill behandla. Du kan inledningsvis bli rekommenderad att ha ett möte varannan till varannan vecka, men fråga din läkare – de är bäst lämpade att ge dig råd om sessionsfrekvensen baserat på din kropp och dess behov. För allmänt välbefinnande kan du få koppeterapi en gång i månaden. Du bör lämna minst en vecka mellan mötena.

Vad kommer ut ur din kropp när du koppar?

Koppning syftar till att eliminera gifter och rensa blockeringar i kroppens energiflöde. Du kommer sannolikt att se detta mer fysiskt om du väljer våt koppning, en process som punkterar huden med nålar och applicerar kopparna för att dra ut blod. Man tror att våt koppning kan hjälpa njurarna att ta bort tungmetaller från kroppen.

Hur länge varar koppning på din kropp?

Eftersom suget som skapas av koppning drar blod till hudens yta, kommer du sannolikt att uppleva missfärgning eller blåmärken. Det tar allt från några timmar till två veckor för dessa att försvinna helt. Du kan bli av med märkena snabbare genom att dricka vatten och vila.
