Having recently ran my first marathon, Nina's power massages were a huge part of my preparation and recovery, I don't think I could have achieved it without her regular massages to keep me injury free. Megan was incredibly helpful and informative when arranging my appointment. I had a great initial consultation and therapy with Steve. He sought information on my problem areas around my neck and shoulder, before working out the muscles really well. He communicated throughout and was really helpful with providing after-massage exercises. My shoulder and neck felt a whole lot better hours after my appointment, too!

I've seen three therapists at MC Sports and Physiotherapy and they're each as great as the next! Today I saw Meg for a sports massage and it was spot on -right pressure, which eased my tight back & shoulders. Would highly recommend!!

My first time being treated by Lydia and she was excellent. Got right into very tight shoulders and neck. Would recommend all services offered by Meg, Lydia and MC Sports Therapy.

Absolutely brilliant. The best sports therapy I’ve ever had anywhere!

Lydia listened to the problems I was having with my lower back, explained what was causing this, treated and gave me some suggestions/exercises to stop this from becoming such a reoccurring problem for me. Friendly, Professional and Knowledgable. I would 100% recommend MC Sports and Physiotherapy!

I must say my massage and pin therapy today was superb! For weeks I’ve not been able to look fully left and right but she worked her magic and I’m highly impressed! Lovely girl as well, very personable and easy to talk to. I’ll definitely be going again! Top marks and highly recommended!
