Under koppningsterapi kommer en utövare att placera speciella koppar på din hud för att skapa sug. Detta drar vävnaden under kopparna uppåt och ökar blodflödet till området. Om du bokar in dig hos en erfaren utövare bör du räkna med att betala mellan $25 och $165 för din koppbehandling.

Hur ofta ska jag gå på en koppande terapisession?

Det beror på ditt mål och det tillstånd du vill behandla. Du kan inledningsvis bli rekommenderad att ha ett möte varannan till varannan vecka, men fråga din läkare – de är bäst lämpade att ge dig råd om sessionsfrekvensen baserat på din kropp och dess behov. För allmänt välbefinnande kan du få koppeterapi en gång i månaden. Du bör lämna minst en vecka mellan mötena.
