I highly recommend this salon to everyone. Such and incredible up beat and welcoming group of stylists and staff members. . Not only am I super satisfied with the amazing job they did on my hair, but their professional attitude and their kindness and genuine care to give you the best result possible, is what will make me go back to Sheek Tokai every time! No other salon has ever shown me such amazing after care. I called them up with a small little issue I had and they helped me with it straight away. They make you feel comfortable and like you’re in great hands.

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Nawaal has done an amazing job and recommendation when I wanted to go from natural curls to blow drying. She sat me down firstly getting to understand what it is that I actually wanted in terms of, if I wanted to go completely straight or if I wanted to be able to have a go between the 2. I must say excellent service and I’m absolutely happy … if I hadn’t been happy I wouldn’t have gone back the 2nd time 🥰 Shukran Nawaal 😊

The lady that washed my hair gave me a lovely head massage, I almost fell asleep! Cheryl was thorough in cutting and styling my dead straight hair and I am very happy with the results!

Upon arrival, I was told the stylist i was booked with was not available due to unforseen circumstances, at 1st I was not happy but Jessica stepped in immediately making me feel comfortable with her friendly demeanor. Actually , I was rather dissatisfied. Nolene was late to attend to me , and I had to tell her not to use the hard bristle brush during my conditioner ! That annoys me . And then my hair is done straight , very little movement
