Had a precision treatment today also know as a keratin blow dry and its such an amazing treatment. I have thick hair and after washing my hair for the first time today 6 days later, My hair feels very light weight smooth and shiny and thin, will definitely be having it done again. Lucie explained the process step by step and what to expec. Chop and change is a great salon with great prices.

This was my first appointment at this salon. Very friendly and welcoming. They have acknowledged me straight away. I believe it was Lucy who washed my hair. She was thorough, wasn't affraid to put a little pressure on, which was so welcoming. Julie cut my hair and advised at the same time. By the time she finished, my hair looked and felt amazing!. I know I was the last customer, my appointment was at 16:35 on Saturday, but at no point did I feel rushed. The girls left for the day and Julie stayed with me after hours, gave me some product samples and valuable advise. Until next time 😊.

The new apprentice Fran has started off doing an amazing job on my frizzy hair . Naturally grey / white she has put in a toner to help with the yellowing and then dried , straightened and styled my hair . Looking forward to Fran doing more in the future , she has the potential to be a great hairstylist .

Had a lamination blow dry with lucie and the finsh is amazing, I have thick hair and end result is smooth and my hair is skinny / thin. I don’t have to use my straighter so much so hair is in my better condition Throughly recommend this service a

Was such a lovely experience from the moment I walked in through the door, Rachel was very welcoming and friendly which put me at ease straight away, we had a chat about what I’d like then a lovely relaxing hair wash with my feet up in the reclining chair (I have short legs and normally have to be on tip toes sitting at the basin in other salons, so this made a lovely change) Rachel is lovely and she did an amazing haircut for me ~ I love my new blunt bob ~ thank you Rachel, I will definitely see you again soon :o)

Hadn't had my haircut for a while, went in with very long, dry, frizzy hair and asking for a miracle! Well, the wonderful Morgan delivered on that miracle as he promised! My hair looks amazing, with lots of very positive comments. Such a lovely young man, highly recommended Morgan, can't thank him enough.

It’s not just about getting your hair cut and coloured it’s the whole salon experience. My mum was made to feel special and nothing was any bother. Plenty of coffee offered and and a very special mention for the fabulous Rachel. Not only was she welcoming with a massive smile she is such a talented hairdresser.
