Very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.Everything is thoroughly explained and everyone is lovely.Hayley is very patient and kind,and I felt very comfortable having my laser hair treatment in an intimate area.

Fabulous salon, very friendly as is Hayley. I had an illumi facial. A first laser facial for me. Hayley was very thorough and explained the procedure. At each step, she explained what she was doing. It was quite a weird sensation on my skin, but it didn’t hurt. Hayley finished the facial with a lovely cooling moisturiser. I noticed a big difference in my skin the following day so I’m excited to see how it is in 3-4 weeks. I would highly recommend Hayley for any treatment. She will definitely put you are ease. I will definitely use her services again .

My first time at the salon today. It’s cosy, friendly & welcoming which felt good on a grisly rainy morning. I booked with Michael for a keratin smoothing treatment. He had answered a few of my questions beforehand over WhatsApp. Then in the salon he gave me a full consultation about the treatment and potential outcomes. It was very reassuring as I’ve never had a treatment like this before. I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome. My hair feels so soft and silky. I can now face the winter months without frizzing each time I step out of the door! Thank you!

Just had my first ever keratin treatment with Michael. I am beyond happy with my hair! I’ve never had such smooth, frizz free hair! Michael has been doing my hair amazingly for over 2 years now. My latest visit I mentioned to him that my scalp has been sore, he got his microscope and had a look at my scalp for me, he noticed I could possibly have an infection, gave me the photos and told me to go straight to the pharmacist! I did so and they prescribed me a treatment shampoo and it’s immediately started helping! There is no ends to the knowledge this man has about hair and scalp health!! Can’t thank him enough, so helpful. You’re in safe hands with Michael I can assure you!!

I attended Saturday after rescheduling my keratin appointment due to sickness earlier this month and was taken good care of by the salon owner Jo. I have today since washed my hair for the 1st time post treatment and what a breeze it was to blowdry. I have had so many compliments from family members, friends and work colleagues thank you so much Jo for your hard work and company. I still to this day don’t know who was more excited for the appointment Jo, Sophie my usual stylist or myself. I would 100% recommend this treatment it’s a life changer for all the frizzy curly haired girls out there.

I’ve been coming to Michael for 4 years now and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else, he is excellent and always gets the results you ask for. The salon is beautiful, professional yet personable. The added treatment to the hair wash really shows that they care about their clients. Lovely coffee and biscuits too!

Lexi was very patient and explained everything very clearly to me. My hair was already damaged and she made sure i had the right treatment and cancelled my balayage as it would damage my hair further. I really appreciate all Lexi help as the hair health is important overall. Looking forward to book more services in this saloon especially with Lexi.
