I had such a great experience at Serene Skin Clinic. I’m quite scared of needles, so I was really nervous going in, but Sarah was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel at ease, explained everything clearly, and kept checking that I was okay throughout. Her calm and reassuring approach made all the difference and turned it into a really positive experience. She also carried out thorough checks afterwards and did careful touch-ups at the end to make sure everything was even. I couldn’t recommend Sarah and the clinic more! Thank you! 💋

Microneedling with 2 Derma serums. Amazing treatment! I was feeling low about approaching 50years old, my skin looked so dull and old. I had the Polynucleotides under my eyes, I've never had anything cosmetic injected before so I was a little nervous but I trusted Amy. Well I can confirm the needle is almost nonexistent as it's so small and I had numbing cream beforehand given to me by Amy which was a blessing. Amy made me feel so calm, I was still able to chat to her during the process and she made sure I was comfortable throughout, so after this experience, if I need it, I shall be returning for round 2!
