I had a fantastic experience, the staff were very friendly and professional and the Cry Lab was very clean and well maintained. Thank you for putting me at ease, I have never had a treatment like this but I was put at ease and everything was explained in a manner suited to me. Very friendly and helpful, very professional and informative regarding any treatments provided and I love that Gaynor will always test on herself beforehand so she is able to explain what to expect, True dedication. Would feel confident having any treatment at her salon. Amazing :)

From the minute I arrived she put me at ease. She explained everything fully to me before starting and throughout the procedure. The after care was explained fully and I am thrilled with my lashes. Thank you. Definitely recommend.
