I have just had the most amazing 90 minutes sports massage. It was my first visit to this place as I’m new to Cape Town and was very tight and sore from moving boxes and hiking. The therapist was very polite, professional and amazing. She was strong and worked hard on releasing all the muscles. I came away feeling much lighter. Clean place, professional staff - highly recommended

The best sports massage place in Cape town. Very nice experience. I brought mum here for mothers day and she was very happy and relaxed afterwards. Inside is very beautiful artwork and decorations. The massage was fantastic, great techniques not too much elbow like some other places.

I just had to write a review about my experience with Tammy at Origin Wellness Spa in Cape Town. I booked a facial, massage, and manicure package, and Tammy took care of everything. First off, her facial technique was incredible - my skin felt completely refreshed and glowing afterward. Then the massage... wow. She found every knot and tension spot I didn't even know I had and worked them out perfectly.
